TECHNOLOGY

A Unigraphics CAD/CAM system adds a new dimension of flexibility and precision to patternmaking. Using Unigraphics, Cole Pattern can digitally transfer design parameters to its seven CNC machines. Cole Pattern utilizes five Rambaudi duplicators capable of digitizing and mirror imaging with the latest in computer technology.

Cole Pattern engineers work closely with customers to create full pattern designs -- complete with all cavity dimensions. These specialists are experienced with: gating, venting, blow tubes, cavity spacing and the design of moveable parts.
